You are entering the home site of Seeds-of-Leadership which reflects the culmination to date of the efforts of the Phoenix Foundation and Maine Leadership Institute, sister non-profits, which have been involved in leadership training for young adults over the past decade.

Our uniquely Maine curriculum resonates with the best of northern New England culture, reflecting a deep sensitivity to the values of empathy, integrity, respect, trust building and Seeds Of Leadership participant:

Offered in a variety of venues throughout the region, the curriculum rests on the pillars of attentive communication, emotions management, mental toughness and sound character development.

A short trip through the site will soon disclose our bias: the strategic leadership of the new century demands the recruitment and training of today's millennials in settings where they can learn from mentors as well as from each other and work cohesively together in teams dedicated to community building, from their neighborhoods and work places to nations half-way around the globe.
